We appreciate your cooperation in providing the necessary documents, and we thank you for understanding that this is an essential step to ensure the safety and security of our business transactions.

Please ensure that your target price is realistic and that your payment terms are feasible. It is important to note that different markets have varying payment requirements, with some requiring payment in advance while others may operate on a 100% instrument basis. We assume that if you have experience purchasing commodities, you are aware of these differences. Your target price and payment terms provide us with an indication of whether it is worth investing our time in fulfilling your requirement, or if you are simply a speculator in search of a bargain.
We do not accept informal or WhatsApp requests, and we cannot provide pricing until a basic KYC (know your customer) process has been completed. We prioritize working with genuine buyers, and we will only issue an offer once we have verified the buyer and the legitimacy of the requirement.
Issuing an offer requires a comprehensive process, including verifying supply volumes, local market pricing, coordinating with freight/shipping companies, suppliers, logistics, and transportation, among other factors. We cannot invest time in servicing blank inquiries or speculators who have not completed the basic KYC process.
Our commitment to supplying genuine buyers remains unwavering, and we cannot accommodate requests from speculators. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
